Just fill in your name, e-mail (for invoice), the address you want the physical gift card to be delivered to, your chosen amount and discount code (if you have one). You can also write a message if you have additional information, questions, etc. We will send an invoice to the specified email no later than the next weekday and post the physical gift card to the specified address as soon as the invoice is paid. FYI - No name is entered on the gift card.
