Arctic River Lodge offers a relaxed environment with nice cozy rooms, a lounge with fireplace and a sauna and relax area. Next to the lodge we have a husky kennel with 80 dogs. In our restaurant we serve food made from local ingredients. Our guides offers you all kinds of exciting activities that will create lifelong memories. Join us for amazing adventures in a wonderful landscape, all year round.
18 smaller double rooms with en suite facilities. Simple, but comfortable.
11 Standard Plus Rooms with en suite facilities and a comfortable seating area. Some have a sofa bed and are suitable for 3-4 persons.
Sit down and enjoy a hot chocolate or local beer in our cozy lounge and bar.
In our restaurant we serve top quality food and wine. All programs include a 2-course dinner with local ingredients from the village.
Arctic River Lodge has a relax area with 2 saunas and 1 outdoor jacuzzi. A visit to Lapland isn’t complete without a sauna session. Perfect for a relaxing moment after a day filled with adventure!
Once in a lifetime, sleep in our wooden Aurora Hideaway. Away from the lodge, but still in walking distance. The Hideaway is located in a great spot to watch the northern lights, and has 3 glass walls from floor to roof.
Our "Lavvu" (teepee) is directly adjacent to the terrace and can be booked for groups of up to 60 guests for meals and events.
Used at overnight adventure tours, housing 6-12 people. These cabins are traditional fishing and hunting cabins. No running water, outdoor toilet, fire stove to heat the cabin. Shared facilities. Simple, but beautiful!
Arctic River Lodge is home to more than 80 huskies. Stop by the Husky Camp any day to meet some hard working doggies. Help in the Husky Camp and get to know your dog team before heading out on the trail. These pups are always ready for a cuddle!
